Payment Obligations: The buyer is required to pay all applicable fees associated with any special order or 

customization. Full payment of the invoice amount must be made prior to the dispatch or delivery of the item(s).

Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are determined based on the specifics of the order, including size, weight, 

and destination. In certain regions, delivery may be offered free of charge at the seller's discretion

Service Fee: A standard service fee of R150 may be applied for any additional services rendered

Return & Refund Policy: Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging 

for a full refund, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Custom or special orders are non-refundable

Liability: The seller shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

 arising from the use or inability to use the products sold
